Great question!
Firstly, we believe it’s good for you to know that most concrete raising jobs will take between one to two (1-3) hours—start to finish—and your concrete will be ready for use immediately upon completion!
What types of problems can concrete raising fix?
Concrete raising is a fantastic alternative to replacing your concrete, often times saving you over 50% of the cost of replacement! Some common areas we raise, level and repair concrete slabs are patios, front porches, driveways, sidewalks, garage & parking slabs, steps, and pool decks.
Double injection
We offer the slab injection service with 2 mobile units to better lift large slabs and prevent cracking.
We have all types of equipment to meet your needs. When the work is difficult to access, we have mobile equipment that we can move near the slabs to be lifted, such as underground parking lots.
No production downtime necessary
Our equipment can be transported everywhere, without restricting your production. Lifting your concrete slabs is the most economical and fast solution on the market. Whether for small or large jobs, we adapt to your work schedule. We also offer a vacuum filling service under your concrete slabs. You have a vibration of your slab when your equipment passes over your slab, contact us.
We can lift and straighten all types of concrete work on your property.
Grain silo
We offer concrete straightening service in the agricultural sector. We can lift, stabilize, vacuum and straighten grain elevators.
City road, bridge and sidewalk.

Camp and garage
We offer the service in the most remote areas, such as in northern Quebec and northern Canada in Nunavut. We have specialized equipment for transport by boat or plane.
The polyurethane injected is made from more than 40% recycled material, there is currently no other polyurethane material on the market that offers this type of carbon reduction!
Our polyurethane is manufactured by a team of environmentally friendly chemists, it is dual-component polyurethane foam and specially designed for levelling and stabilizing concrete. Our patented materials are made from recycled components, making our "greenest" polyurethane foam on the market.
Stabilization of concrete slab.
We use a single component polyurethane developed to bind and stabilize loose floors.
No problem, Samson lifting has a polyurethane resin injection technology underneath the subsided concrete, which allows you to lift and replace your concrete.
Also called "slabjack" this system is ideal for all concrete lifting work or to fill a cavity under the concrete.
Advantages of polyurethane resin injection:
· Affordable (Permanent solution)
· Fast acting (The polymer expands and reaches its final strength very quickly)
· Non-invasive
· Environmentally friendly (The material does not react with the soil and does not release harmful chemicals)
· Strong and lightweight
· Waterproof
A common solution to concrete repair is to demolish and replace the entire slab or sections that are damaged. Samson Concrete lifting's polyurethane resin injection method is a fast and much less expensive alternative.

Pool sidewalks can sag as a result of erosion over time, low compaction, or animals that have made nests under your concrete slabs.
It is important to check if there is any gap to fill or slabs to be lifted around your pool before changing your pool liner. You will thus be able to save unexpected costs of repairs following a tearing of canvas.
We fill the voids under your concrete sidewalk while lifting the slabs that are sagging so you can preserve your sidewalk for many years to come.
A concrete parking lot can last up to 30 years, if the preparation is done right.
Despite this, concrete can still sag for a variety of reasons, such as dry land.
Polyurethane injection solution is the fastest and most economical solution to your problem. Whether it is to level, straighten or stabilize the concrete slab samson has the expertise to do your work.
The concrete sidewalks in your home or condo are the first thing buyers see when they arrive.
By injecting your sidewalk, you help enhance the value and aesthetics of your property while saving on reconstruction costs.
The sidewalks of your condo must be well maintained and safe for residents, but also for visitors. A visitor can easily be injured by a sagging sidewalk.
The height of the concrete step should not exceed 8 inches, as there is more risk of injury.
Cast-in-place concrete steps can sag due to their weight on the ground.
We offer cast-in-place concrete step straightening and lifting service without restricting access to your steps.
Has your garage slab subsided due to weak soil compaction?
We can lift the slab back to its original level. When the concrete slab is heated with a radiant, we carry out the work in collaboration with the scanning technicians who carry out the detection of pipes and electrical wires in the slab.
Is your shed slab sagging due to the weight of your pool equipment?
We can raise your shed with your equipment in place, no need to remove everything to lift your concrete slab.
Has your concrete slab been converted into a spa slab?
After adding the weight of the spa and the water, have you noticed the slab sag and your electrical wires are now live?
We can raise your slab in less than a day. Don't waste your time rebuilding your slab. Find your spa up and running the next day.
Do you have an interior concrete slab that has sagged due to winter construction or a lack of compaction?
Our work can be done during the winter and during the summer.
What are the causes of concrete slab slump?
Depending on where your concrete slab is located, the cause will be different.
Here are a few reasons why a concrete slab or sidewalk may slump:
- poor water irrigation (inverted slope)
- loose soil
- construction while the ground is frozen.
- unusual weight on the slab ( moving)
- unstable ground
- undesirable animals under the slab
- excavation near the slab
- underground pipe break
- and the like
The solution usually preferred for repair is the breaking of the collapsed part. This solution is also the most expensive and longest to execute.
For several years now, there has been a new technique that is fast and less expensive (up to 65%) than breaking.
This technique is called "slab jaking" or concrete lifting. Samson Concrete has a polyurethane resin that allows concrete slabs to be lifted. The work takes on average between 2 and 8 hours depending on the size of the slab. The resin is injected under the slab to fill the voids and then lift the slab to its original level.
Do not hesitate to contact us, it will be our pleasure to discuss with you.
What are the low cost solutions for a slumped concrete sidewalk?
1. Place a layer of concrete on top to level out;
Advantages:
nice concrete finish.
Disadvantages;
-the leveling problem is solved only on the surface and not underneath.
-Risk of delamination
- Increase in weight, thus new risk of sagging and cracking.
-Inequality of colour.
________________
2. Break the sagging part and replace it with a new one.
Advantages: new surface
Disadvantages:
- long-term work
- Earthwork around to be partially redone.
-More expensive
- Harmful to the environment.

3. Lifting of concrete slab by polyurethane.
Advantages:
-rapid
- cheaper than a new slab
-stabilization of the slab and, if necessary, of those around it.
-sustainable
-no earthwork to redo.
Inconveniences:
-small 5/8-inch circle on top of the slab.
Now it's up to you to choose the solution that best suits your case.
